We are searching for the following Texas Real Estate Agents:
- Must have 3 continuous years as a commercial real estate agent in the DFW area.
- Must have earned over $60,000 gross commissions in each of the last two calendar years.
- Must specialize in a type of commercial real estate or location (both preferred).
- Must be able to perform your job with very little supervision or motivationn from your broker.
David Rouble Brokerage is different than your average commercial real estate brokerage firms because of how we operate:
- Our commission structure is SIMPLE!. You keep 80% of every commission dollar you bring in. We keep 20% , plus you pay us a $300/quarter training fee.
- Our agents either setup an office in their homes or in one of their listings as a satellite office. We believe this is the future.
- We only have 8 manditory meetings a year. We believe you time is best used serving our clients, not stuck in meetings.
- Working for DRB feels as close to owning your own business as it gets.
So who pays for what?
- DRB will supply only business cards, signage help, DRB website/Facebook/Twitter support, and professional advice & guidance.
- You will pay all the expenses of running your office.
- Must be able to provide all office supplies and equipment, except business cards. This includes computer programs, databases, support, etc.
- You must have an extremely reliable cell phone that you use as your primary telephone.
WE PRIZE OUR FLEXIBILITY. WE LET EACH AGENT TO DECIDE THEIR OWN WORK/LIFE BALANCE
- Want to take home $500,000 per year by working hard? Great. Want to only take home $50,000 per year and take lots of vacation. That is fine also. You decide!
- Microsoft, or Apple, or Lenix? You decide. Laptop or PC or tablet? You decide. Iphone or Droid? You decide.
- I have an $800 multi-function Brother Printer/Scanner/Copier on my desk. I love it. What you use is completely up to you.
- If you want an assistant, you are entirely responsible for that matter and you will be their employer. Want to split her time between two agents, it's up to you.
- Work early mornings or late nights or both. Up to you. Dress up nice or work in the nude. Up to you.
- There are many ways of becoming a great commercial real estate agent. You decide which is best for you.
We believe that this is the future for many small commercial real estate firms.
