David is the sole owner of David Rouble Brokerage, which he founded in October, 2012. He has worked as a commercial real estate agent since May 2002. David specializes in major industrial transactions in the Northeast Dallas/Garland/Richardson sub-markets. He advises clients on all real estate occupancy matters, including strategic facility planning, extensive market research analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management and relocation coordination.
Through many years of service, David is now known as one of the best tenant representative agents in Garland, NE Dallas, Richardson and surrounding area. He isn’t your average broker. David himself has bought and sold 7 industrial buildings in the Garland area. This gives him real life experience that other brokers don’t have. Also, he knows many of the best vendors in the area, which you will need when you are moving into a new space or improving your new purchase.
David mainly deals with small to medium size companies. He likes dealing directly with the decision makers and being their broker for many, many years.
