Whether your trying to Sell or Lease up your building, over 90% of your prospects will come from a 2 mile radius.  That is why it is very important to hire a real estate professional that specializes in your market.  Rates, terms, prices, and practices can all vary from submarket to submarket.


Touring your building and sitting down to talk about your goals is the first step.  We will discuss timing, any improvements that are recommended, strategy, and our Listing Agreement.  Once a Listing Agreement is signed, we order a property sign, take pictures of the property and gather up all information possible on the property.  With this, we will make a 3 - 5 page Brochure.  We then will post the listings on CoStar and Xceligent (the two leading commercial real estate databases) as well as this web site.  Then the flyer is email blasted out to all the brokers in the area.


Where we excel is the next two areas.  One, we answer our phones.  You won't go through secretaries or phone trees or voicemail boxes.  We are very eary to get ahold of.  Second, we go out and knock on doors and stay in contact with the other companies in our territory.  This is the best way to find prospects.
