David is the sole owner of David Rouble Brokerage, which he founded in October, 2012. Before this, he worked 10 years as a partner with Dane Thomson at Thomson Realty Group. He started his real estate career at NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell’s Industrial Group. David specializes in major industrial transactions in the Northeast Dallas/Garland/Mesquite sub-market advising clients on all real estate occupancy matters, including strategic facility planning, extensive market research analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management and relocation coordination.
Through many years of service, David is now known as one of the best tenant representative agents in Garland, NE Dallas, Mesquite and surrounding area. Every month, he organizes a lunch were local brokers discuss deals they have recently completed, keeping David constantly aware of what “market” rates are in his territory.
A creative thinker, David is skilled at tracking and processing complicated information and anticipating potential opportunities or problems. David is committed to building and maintaining relationships by providing the best services in the industry. Before entering commercial real estate, David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He worked for 10 years in engineering design, management, and sales for several companies in Garland and Dallas. David has two young teenagers, one at St. Johns Episcopal School and one at Lake Highlands High School. This accounts for most of his spare time. He enjoys playing tennis and sand volleyball on a weekly basis. David also loves seeing live music at small & medium sized venues around town.
